The cold-pressing process is an artisanal method of mechanical extraction, without heat or chemical additives. The olives are pressed at temperatures below 27ยฐC, which preserves all the phenolic compounds, aroma, and nutritional value of the oil. It is the purest and healthiest way to obtain extra virgin olive oil.
The olives are cultivated in our local groves, in a clean farming environment. We do not use synthetic pesticides or herbicides, and the soil is cared for using traditional methods. Our farm is focused on sustainability and respect for nature, from root to bottle.
Lavender is cultivated on the farm's sunny hills, in the same spirit of clean farming. The plants are grown without chemicals, and harvesting is done manually to preserve the essential quality. We offer both fresh lavender and derived products, such as essential oils and dried bouquets.
To preserve freshness and properties, we recommend storing the bottle in a cool, dark place, away from heat sources and direct light. After opening, consume it within 3-4 months to enjoy its full aroma. Our bottle is made of dark glass for optimal protection.
